We want you to be absolutely confident in your purchase from Jagrat Gems. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and cancellations.

Loose Gemstones (Unmounted): We offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all loose, unmounted gemstones. If you are not satisfied with the stone, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

  • The gemstone must be in its original, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
  • It must be returned with the original Lab Certificate and all packaging. (If the certificate is missing, a replacement fee will be deducted).

Custom Jewelry (Rings & Pendants): Because custom rings and pendants are made specifically to your finger size and metal specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on mounted gemstones or custom jewelry.

  • Exception: If the item arrives physically damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video, and we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Rudraksha & Yantras: For energetic and hygiene reasons, fully energized Rudrakshas and Yantras are non-returnable.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once the Pran Pratishtha pujan has begun or the stone has been sent to our artisans for mounting, the order cannot be cancelled.
