Are your gemstones natural and original?

Yes. Jagrat Gems sells only natural, astrological-grade gemstones. We do not sell synthetic or glass-filled stones.

Do I get a lab certificate with the gemstone?

Every certified gemstone is shipped with its report from an independent gemological laboratory such as SGL. The report number, weight and grade are shown on the product page so you can match them with the stone you receive.

What does Abhimantrit or energized gemstone mean?

Before dispatch each stone goes through the Jagrat Process: energetic cleansing, Pran Pratishtha puja for the ruling planet with its Beej Mantra, and Reiki attunement.

Which gemstone should I wear?

The right gemstone depends on your birth chart (kundli) and the planet you need to strengthen. Please consult a qualified astrologer before buying. Our gemstone guides explain which stone belongs to which planet.

What is the difference between carat and ratti?

Carat is the international unit of gemstone weight (0.2 gram). Ratti is the traditional Indian unit. One carat is roughly 1.1 ratti, and both weights are given on every product page.

Can I get the stone set in a ring or pendant?

Yes. Custom setting in gold, silver or Panchdhatu takes an additional 4 to 6 business days. Contact us before ordering to confirm the metal and your ring size.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 3 to 5 business days for the puja and energization, then 3 to 7 business days for delivery anywhere in India. You receive a tracking link when the order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Loose, unmounted gemstones can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition with the lab certificate. Custom jewellery, Rudraksha and Yantra are non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Once the puja has begun or the stone has gone for mounting, the order cannot be cancelled.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, cards and net banking.
